According to environmental condition which locates rubber may caused chap or hardening or property degeneration calls the aging phenomenon. There are external and internal factors to cause the aged: 1. External factor: the external factors there are oxygen, oxide, ozone, heat, light, radioactive rays, mechanicalness to be weary, processing process flaw and so on. 2. Internal factor: the internal factors there are rubber type, formation, processing project factor. It must joins certain chemical substance in the rubber to enhance ability of anti-aging to resist destructe factors as above, to extend product storage time and life, this material is named anti-aging agent. |
