EVA is made by Ethylene and Vinyl acetate copolymerization, the characteristic has good flexibility, same elasticity as rubber. In - 50℃ still have good flexibility, the transparency and superficial glossines, chemical stability, anti-aging, bears ozone intensity and nontoxicity. It is good with the padding miscibility, coloration and the formed workability. The VA (vinyl acetate) content below 5% main products are for thin film, electric wire, electric cable, LDPE modifier. The VA (vinyl acetate) content in 5%~10% product is elastic thin film. The VA (vinyl acetate) content in 20%~28% , mainly used in melting adhesive and hot coating product. The VA (vinyl acetate) content in 5%~45%, the main product (agricultural film) for thin film and sheet, injection product, molding article, foaming product, hot melt adhesive and so on. |
